I provided additional support to the U.S. students studying at the University of Limerick in all areas of their transition. I held weekly meetings with the U.S. students to answer any queries they may have. Additionally, I helped plan events throughout the year for the students to attend.

The First Seven Week's is a seven week initiative aimed at helping students with their transition to the University of Limerick. We provided all University of Limerick’s incoming students with exceptional customer service support in all areas of their transition from directions to class schedules. It was my responsibility to answer student queries that come in via drop-ins or social media. I helped manage The First Seven Week's Twitter and Facebook as well as give presentations to all incoming students during orientation week.

I traveled to sports events around New England to promote the professional soccer team the New England Revolution. I provided excellent customer service and professionalism to those who interacted with the brand at these events. My colleagues and I generated sales leads by interacting with people and collecting data.

I had a case load of seven clients that I managed by developing and implementing Individual Service Plans. It was my job to provide quality training and service that helped increase the clients’ self-sufficiency and independence. I also provided individual and small group instruction in self-care, activities of daily living, communication, social and motor skills.

I help the clients who attend the day program with tasks such as eating, bathroom facilities, and recreational activities. My job was to help teach the clients to be more independent and to take them on day trips to acclimate them to society.

The U.S. Middle East Partnership Initiative is a six week leadership and civil engagement program intended to forge partnerships between civil society organizations in the United States and the Middle East, and provides financial support for activities in education, advocacy, civic engagement, technical training and organizational development. My role included living in the on campus residences with the students and being 24 hour support. I helped assist the MEPI Program Director and Academic Director in facilitating institute participants’ engagement with program and academic activities. It was my job to assist in escorting the group during field programs and helped participants become familiar with institute expectations and responsibilities.

It was my job to compile any articles, photos, videos or podcasts relating to the Revolution that made up "the daily newsstand." I was also wrote the "Headline News" that was featured daily on the team's website. I assisted the other Communication Coordinators in any daily tasks as well as being at training if necessary. I worked with the game staff to set up the press box and transcribed the game day quotes from the players and head coach.

I worked with the Editor-in-Chief, the Features Editor and the other section editors to create a well thought-out and cohesive paper. I helped come up with story ideas for the staff writers, edit all copy, worked with InDesign to layout the feature cover page and two inside pages, as well as help run weekly general staff meetings.

I was required to answer student queries and assist the other office employees in any way possible. I also managed the Twitter and Facebook page for the Spiegel Center.
