Teaching French and German to secondary school children from 11-18.

I taught French to children across the age range, including AS level, and German to GCSE level. I was also a year 12 form tutor and supported two residential trips, one to the Lake District, and another to Paris.

I completed my PGCE at the University of York be a secondary school teacher of French and German. This combined post-graduate level study and assignments with placements in secondary schools (The Joseph Rowntree School and Canon Lee Specialist Arts College) to develop my teaching skills.

I supported partner companies with marketing materials, events, training, bespoke marketing plans, promotions to help them selling Rackspace hosting to their customers.

Responsible for the creation and management of a calendar of acquisition marketing activities through the development of stakeholder relationships for the EMEA market. Responsible for increasing sales channels activity and growing incremental revenue for BT’s data centre services. Created, implemented and managed a support Helpdesk to deal with product, pricing and bid enquiries from the Sales Channels. Coached and supported two members of staff brought in to run the Helpdesk. The helpdesk led to an increase in opportunities of more than 50%
