Over the course of her career, Ms. Lee has lead the transition and management of hundreds of business contracts to success. STGi's growth and success demonstrates STGi’s ability to rapidly adapt to new environments and responsibilities, to operate from a global perspective, and to integrate divergent concepts that result in creative solutions. Her expertise in building the management team to focus on recruiting, retaining, and motivating superior talent for optimum performance has also served as one of the key attributes to the company’s significant growth. Ms. Lee places special emphasis on fostering an environment for success through her dedication to empowering her management team. Ms. Lee actively supports professional, academic and civic organizations, serving on numerous executive boards.
