Through unique professional experiences and supported by formal education, I have undertaken a varied history of projects, broadening my understanding of and strength with many business topics.During my 15 year tenure at International Gaming Technologies (IGT, formerly known as GTECH Corporation) I held the position of Director of Expansion and Optimization, responsible for aggressively growing the base of lottery retailers while optimizing the sales of existing retailers. Over the course of two and a half years, my recruiters attained over 1,000 new applications and the retail specialists of the optimization team conducted nearly 3,500 training sessions in addition to adding 40,000+ points of sale. Pursued to accept this position by the CEO, I was also asked to develop and manage the newly created instant ticket department. Leading up to this position, I held the titles of Instant Ticket manager, Marketing manager, Instant Ticket supervisor, and Club Games recruiter, establishing a solid reputation for performance and execution. In addition to IGT, I have held sales management positions at Becker Landscape, Enviro Products, and with Tom's Advanced Paving.
