Although I was born in the UK, I grew up in NZ - I am 100% Kiwi and love this diverse country. On a business front, one of my primary goals in life is always to deliver positive customer outcomes for New Zealanders. I am committed to continuously seeking opportunities that bring value-add insurance solutions to our communities and local markets; this is one of my true passions.My extensive insurance career has spanned all categories, including pet, motor, home/contents, leisure, health, life, and travel. In more recent years, underwriting, compliance, governance, and risk management have played a larger role in my day to day activities.A strategically focused executive, I enjoy eliciting high performance from my teams through encouraging professional development and undertaking staff mentoring and recognition.
