As Area Manager I was responsible for the growth and success of 4 branches to provide the best customer service possible to clients while working to deepen share of wallet. Providing development and resources to increase their knowledge in different areas of bank to recognize opportunity for cross sell. Responsible to lead team to grow retail deposits as well as lending through interactions with existing customers and prospects. Partnering with other channels within bank to deepen relationship with existing clients as well. Responsible for hiring of managers, service associate and float team as well as preparing schedule for market. Assisting to add a fifth branch in 2018 to the market and responsible for hiring and on boarding of these employees as well as getting branch prepared for opening day. I worked as the lead for SYB to work with CRA communities to assist our mortgage team to gain connections to gather opportunities.As Office Manager I was responsible for the growth and success of Downtown Indianapolis office, including in office sales and outside business development. Coaching my team to improve in performance and personal success. Responsible for mitigating risk and ensuring branch is complaint with bank policy and federal regulations. Responsible to plan, direct and coordinate activities of employees with other internal partners. Retain and expand current client relationship, process and close loan requests. Build team through weekly meetings and coaching sessions, supervising their training and performance appraisals. Responsible for improving branch efficiencies and office operational success.
