I am a versatile, self-driven and quality-oriented person with more than 20 years of work experience. Growing up in a military family I was fortunate to travel many places and meet many people. I have found that building and cultivating professional relationships a great asset to any job and one that has allowed me to explore opportunities in all of my previous experiences. I am an active participant in everything I have accomplish which has allowed me to be a strong and steady support to strong leaders and fantastic organizations.I have recently turned a corner in my life as I look for new opportunities in a support role. While my resume shows an extensive background in clinical research, I can confidently say that those skills transition seamlessly with those of an executive assistant. With my current position I am responsible for assessing 29 patients month-to-month, navigating their visit schedules, coordinating and maintaining all documents for study review and clarity for clinical management teams that include two Physicians and one Physician Assistant. Attention to detail is critical. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to anticipate the needs of the Physicians and proactively provide support. I am highly skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines, ensuring that my patients, as well as, the Physicians have the necessary resources and information to make informed decisions.
