Senior Business Development Manager
Current- This position is responsible for the rapid growth of the Kenra Professional brand into new, profitable salons; managing daily, weekly, monthly activity plans; and contributing to the achievement of the Company’s goals..
- Prospect and close new Kenra Color salons to meet quarterly goals and grow the Kenra Professional salon base in geographic territory
- Follow and implement the sales processes as trained in the Sales Academy
- Ensure an ongoing target list of active New Customer Acquisition targets in the pipeline at all times and approved by Director of Business Development.
- Customize long-term business development plans for prospective salons to create loyalty and continued growth with new business
- Increase overall territory growth through FSM/Director partnership and ongoing value- add approach
