Led a turnaround for this national trade association with full administrative and financial responsibility. Overhauled business systems and workflows, implementing a new accounting structure, introducing missing HR policies and processes, and created standard operating procedures (SOP). Developed KPIs and a monitoring dashboard for all quantifiable areas of business. Implemented a consistent feedback process that incorporated weekly, quarterly, and annual components, in order to coach employees and nurture their growth. Rebranded the organization.
