I was able to grow a $2.5M ProAV territory to $6.3M with over $800k in private label sales, #1 in the country for my division. Nonetheless, they did not award me President’s Club, lol.

Developed and awarded the DePaul University SaaS contract for the flipped classroom initiative in 13 weeks without a POC. Secured the contract for BP Offshore for Utelogy to be deployed over 11 rigs in the Gulf of Mexico

I drove the interface between customers, integrators, consultants and manufacturers in the Pro A/V community in Texas, LA, and MS. Quality brands I represented included: Revolabs, Atlona, Barco, SiliconCore, Utelogy, ClearOne, LG, Liberty AV, RGB Spectrum, Digital Projection, Eiki, Almo ProAV, Zee Vee, For-A, Delta, RapcoHorizon, ProCo, Condeco, Ensemble Designs, Sound-Craft Systems, SunBrite, Leon Speakers, T1V and Marshall Electronics.

I assisted clients with enhancing their conference rooms and collaboration within their company by implementing video conferencing, digital signage and presentation systems. Favorite clients/projects included: Precision Drilling Technology Center; The Woodlands Township new Service Center and Board Chambers; Xtreme Coil Drilling Houston & Calgary video conferencing; Gainer, Donnelly & DesRoches (new office); Blade Energy (new office and VTC solution).

· Developed brand recognition for MPN over a territory that included Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas.· Established the distribution channel and increased local stocking inventory ten-fold by adding partners and building relationships with Datatech Electronics, AccuTech, Rexel and HD Supply.· Supported training, warranty programs and logistics for 10 Certified Installers.· Developed a relationship with a major computer manufacturer that resulted in a 5 site Eastern European win for MPN’s new InSight management tool, Intelligent Infrastructure solution and Cat6 products.· Successfully unseated the leading industry manufacturer as the copper and fiber cabling specification for the new Sterling Bank Headquarters and all Texas wide branches.· Won projects and positioned product at some of the following end users through partnering and specification positioning: AAMA Schools, Enbridge, Magnolia ISD, Alvin ISD, Shell, Apache, Smart Financial Savings & Loan, Ernst & Young.

· Sold, specified and ensured quality deliverables were executed for Graybar’s first national 10 gig, fiber-to-the desk initiative with the US Federal Courts, Southern District. This was a 1.5 million dollar undertaking with a fast track schedule over five Texas cities.· Exceeded sales budget of $3 million and achieved gross margin of $715k my second year with the organization.· Utilized a new government purchasing vehicle, US Communities, to triple Graybar’s sales with Texas A&M University while producing a savings to the client of over $53k in technology procurement costs in 2005.· Activated over 30 new accounts in a two year period resulting in sales of over $825k with some of the following end-users: ConocoPhillips, Apache, Sterling Bank, Harris County Hospital District, CenterPoint Energy and BP.

· Grew local market from a single 1,500 hour office in 1995 to a multi-office market with over $7 million dollars in revenue by 2001.· Seven year track record of exceeding annual projections and progressively increasing profitability· Responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of concurrent, twenty-six state Wal-Mart network infrastructure rollouts over an eighteen-month schedule.· Successfully completed new construction projects through the support of multiple contractors for the following area healthcare providers: Memorial Hermann, Methodist Willowbrook, St. Joseph’s Hospital, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Texas Children’s Hospital and Harris County Hospital District.· Utilized understanding of basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections to earn highest net profit of any branch in the nation for 2002.
