I work for the Regulatory and Investor Program Office.

I manage a team of home preservation specialists that work with borrowers across the country that are experiencing a financial hardship. We work daily to find these borrowers a solution. Whether it is a modification, a short sale or bringing the file current. We work various files including: Freddie/Fannie, Bank and Private, FHA, VA, SCRA, Hardest Hit Funds, Deceased borrower accounts, Simo-modifications, Foreclosure Rescissions and Litigated accounts.

Each day I enjoy developing a team that successfully and strategically works with Wells Fargo customers which have suffered a hardship and different struggles. Our focus is to help them find solutions during their troubling time. Whether it is a modification, a short sale or a customer that is looking for options to come current we focus on their experience and helping them to succeed financially.
