Hello! I'm Michelle, and I am an innovative educator at Mount Saint Mary's University, dedicated to helping college students achieve their personal and professional goals. I have over a decade worth of experience teaching psychology courses at the associates, baccalaureate, and master's level in both private and public universities. I have taught online, in-person, and have used flipped classroom pedagogies.I research higher education topics to improve the lives of students and women in higher education leadership. My scholarship on teaching and learning in higher education focuses on improving teaching pedagogies. My research on women in higher education leadership seeks to improve gender equity, representation, and equality within the industry that I love so much!
