The ITPO has responsibility for managing and maintaining EMC IT's Service Catalog and Portal and monitors and improves the SPM process across the organization. Responsibilities include:- Collaborating with service owners across seven service centers to define, design and publish IT services into catalog. Involves reviewing marketing collaterals, workflow of processes and ensuring the services are properly categorized within catalog.- Create reporting dashboards on ServiceNow for IT Leadership based on overall IT goals.
