Instructed 17-20 students per year both virtually and in-person during the Covid-19 pandemic. Developed early childhood education skills to ensure 100% of Title 1 students surpassed their RIT goal on NWEA reading and 95.2% of my students reached their RIT goals on NWEA in math. Led further development of kindergarten curriculum to meet state standards and raise test scores by crafting 150 unique lesson plans. Collaborated in team settings to plan and teach common core standards in Title 1 school for Kindergarten students in an inclusive and diversified classroom while also assessing and tending to students' individual needs. Delivered data-driven instruction supported by diagnostic, formative, summative, and standardized testing results.
