Being able to join this company as their first official Office Manager has been an amazing experience. I am able to work alongside the Executive team and learn a variety of responsibilities across multiple teams (and join those teams!), while maintaining a warm and friendly work environment for the company. Being a support system for those who need it has been fulfilling, and has further cemented my passion for employee happiness and experience.I have also been managing our customer support piece, and it has allowed me to extend my passion to help others. Setting our standards to facilitate an attentive and friendly experience has been new and challenging.
