Created interface to Business Store web site on limited budget resulting in a minimal infrastructure implementation into direct sales. First year commercial channel Web sales grew to $1M.Implemented SAP centric global pricing model by developing a prototype, sold the concept to business store and governance groups, built an implementation team and trained users to manage the pricing process. Model allowed expansion of Business Store into international markets.
