As an experienced book coach with certifications in both fiction book coaching and nonfiction book coaching, I help aspiring authors write the books they’ve always dreamed of writing. I meet people anywhere on their writing journey, from the moment they feel the tug to write and/or have a book idea all the way through the writing process to completed manuscript and choosing a publishing path. I show my clients the process for writing a book, and I specialize in helping writers in midlife and people in recovery write fiction books, nonfiction books and book proposals. I am the Creator of both the Addicts to Authors© and the Fearless Midlife Writers© writing programs which help people realize their dream of writing and publishing a book. I also created Writing the W.A.V.E.S.© (Writing the Way to Acceptance, Validation and Empowerment through our Stories)–a program that helps people explore and uncover their stories and unlock creativity so that their truths can be told in longer works of fiction and nonfiction. I specialize in showing women who have always dreamed of writing a book gain the confidence to claim their voice by helping them improve their writing skills and holding them accountable to deadlines so that they finish their books. I do the same for people in recovery and those who have chosen a sober lifestyle because I speak their language as a sister in sobriety for more than 17 years. Writing was my first hobby, and I found a way to make it my job, too. My official “title” is book coach and story facilitator, but my work is magic, only without the smoke and mirrors. I pull back the curtain so my clients can write their stories and claim the title of author.
