About Michelle De La Cruz

Currently, I'm a Customer Success Manager supporting BetterCloud's strategic client base. I've directly supported IT & Security clients for 7+ years, and supported go-to-market teams for 2+ years prior. I initially worked with Google Cloud, pivoted to ERPs, and now mainstream SaaS applications (Google, O365, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, etc.). My customers have given prospect referrals, glowing G2 reviews, presented at company events, and once even called me the "Michael Jordan of Customer Service" (!).I'm Peruvian-American and married into a Spanish-American family. Recently I worked with colleagues to establish a latino Employee Resource Group, Betterfamilia, where I continue to serve as Chair.Day-to-day, I'm a health and fitness junkie and have spent years exploring nutrition, functional medicine, and all sorts of physical activity.
