Led operational and privacy compliance for a level one trauma center, 3 critical access hospitals, and hospital based clinics including oversight of revenue cycle management compliance. Transformed monitoring plans for hospital operations to expedite identification of emerging trends and opportunities.  Collaborated with operational divisions and units; identified and prioritized compliance risk areas; guided hospitals leadership, management, and staff as lead consult for all compliance matters.  Developed operational focused and system wide programs, policies and procedures leading to more streamlined and consistent practices. Aligned operations and compliance with the organizations mission, vision and values through employee training and education.

 Established and coordinated project mission, goals, work plans and timelines for 21 entities consisting of various care delivery facilities and a health plan. Led vice presidents, directors and managers in flawless implementation of federal and state privacy regulations. Analyzed and restructured operating procedures in a hospital, a health insurance company and over 30 clinics leading to 100% compliance with federal and state privacy requirements.  Developed and implemented an on-line privacy training program for 10,000 employees.
