I believe positive change is possible when collaboration and trust is built between advisor and client.Using a participatory approach in my engagement with individuals, teams and organizations, I facilitate the development and implementation of vision and values, purpose, alignment, and goals.Leading clients in their development and review of Governance, Strategic and Operational Planning, leadership development, team building, facilitation and training, coaching and mentoring. Sharing my experience and expertise, I am an advisor, coach, mentor, and facilitator. As a senior leader in federal and provincial public service, in private and not for profit organizations, my roles moved from front line to leadership. I am a leader with experiences in the fields of justice and public safety, child and family services, child and youth care, and community development. In my leadership practice, I strive to be a better ally to Indigenous people and continue to learn to challenge colonial and racist systems and share the truth. I work with indigenous led organizations creating and strengthening services for families and their communities.A registered social worker, who has recently completed my MA in Leadership Studies at Royal Roads University, I’m ready to work with you.
