Chief Executive Officer for a county wide territory Chamber of Commerce with 6 full time staff, 700 member companies, and a 25 member board of directors. Simultaneously serving as CEO for the Snake River Territory Convention and Visitor's Bureau - a tourism marketing organization that also operates a visitor information center in partnership with the Bureau of Land Management, and the US Forest Service. The Chamber of Commerce also serves as landlord to five additional community development partner organizations. Annual combined budget of these two organizations is just over $500,000. Specific responsibilities in addition to over all organizational operations and staff/board management include serving as governmental affairs advocate on local, state and national scale for business related issues.

Responsible for setting the creative direction and facilitation of all marketing activities on behalf of the City of Idaho Falls, Idaho with the end goal of increasing overnight visitation to the City. This includes online, social media, print advertisement, billboard, and collateral materials. Over the last three years, Idaho Falls has seen an increase in overnight visitation of over 10% per year and is currently on track for an 18% increase in 2016.

Representing Idaho's Butte & South Custer Counties and their communities. Services include Grant Writing & Administration, Business Retention, Expansion & Recruitment activities, Support of Infrastructure Projects, Business Education, etc. Have secured more than $2M in grant funding for various infrastructure and community development projects.

Responsible for the initial development of the NCR Coordinator position; providing reporting and data analysis for TRU Project Management as well as reviewing processes and procedures related to Non Conformance Reporting for efficiency improvement. Assisting with the training and development of TrackWise Program Coordinators for each AMWTP department.

Contract Services Provider – Sole Proprietor of a business solutions company providing contracted management services in the areas of meeting/event planning, accounting and administrative support for individuals, small businesses and professional/civic organizations.

Customer Service Manager – Responsible for the daily management of the Customer Service Representatives serving Western Aircrafts FBO customers. Responsible for ensuring a world class customer experience for the pilots, crew and passengers utilizing the facility, including arrangement for line fuel services, transportation, lodging, and catering. Also responsible for tracking and marketing the facilities services to potential customers.

Marketing & Membership Services Manager for state-wide non- profit organization– Responsible for design & production of all marketing materials including a quarterly magazine, monthly training brochures, bi-monthly newsletter and advertising sales. Responsible for all membership activities including membership drive, general communication, planning/execution of Annual Technical Conference and Summer Golf Tournament. Provided administrative support to the Director of Training & CEO, including publications, correspondence and report writing.

President – Chief staff officer for statewide educational non-profit organization. Responsible for all daily corporation operations including all planning, finance, fundraising, programs, public relations, and administrative functions within policies established by the local board of directors.• 67% increase in student participation over three years• Established trade show/public relations partnerships with Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce and Idaho Business League • Revamped fundraising model and established an Advisory Board including Gov.
