As a cognitive psychologist and career and life coach, I've helped thousands of individuals find their unique strengths and purpose and flourish in work, school, and life. My greatest joy comes from combining my expertise in cognitive psychology with my award-winning music to facilitate brainstorming sessions, deliver innovation talks, and empower Gen Z and Millennials to succeed in work and life.
