Elevado Group is a vertically integrated multifamily commercial real estate developer. This role included:• Assisting with developing processes and best practices during project life cycle through due diligence, pre-construction, construction, and property management• Building financial models and assisting in determining allowable use through zoning and code research for potential acquisitions• Supporting existing projects through various phases of development, including plan reviews, architect meetings, construction meetings, and design research

Worked with 5 other interns for a licensed architect. Spent several months auditing all of the buildings and grounds at UNL's City Campus for compliance with the 2010 ADA Guidelines, and compiled reports for each building.
