I love to make things work better. That’s been the theme of my 20+ years of work experience across a variety of industries and in multiple disciplines. From improving processes at a clinical trial research company to developing a quality program at a kiosk manufacturing company to streamlining operations at several e-commerce businesses, I am thrilled when I can make a process, department, or company work even better. My MBA and M.S. in Strategic Management with undergraduate Engineering degree provide a solid base of knowledge and tools for analysis, strategy development, planning, and problem-solving. My work experience includes management, project management, strategic planning, operations, quality management, customer and technical support, and technical writing. I love to learn. As manager of an IT department in a previous job, I realized how little I knew about computers. So I studied computer networking and received my CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician) certification. I built a cryptocurrency miner to learn how it worked and have taken several courses in Python. I’ve also attended a few conferences on security, worked with an Arduino and Raspberry Pi, and helped build a 3D printer.
