Executive Vice President, Enterprise Client Solutions
Toronto, Ontario, Ca
As the lead for the Enterprise Client Solutions function within our Occupier Services Americas’ business, my team was responsible for the development of new client engagement opportunities as well as the retention of existing Colliers relationships. Our approach to growing Colliers' market share relied on the development of bespoke real estate solutions to complex business challenges, building scale, introducing innovation, and creating cultural connections with our client partners. Being client-focused and applying an empathetic approach allowed Colliers to build successful engagements with clients in a variety of sectors, including automotive, life sciences/healthcare, banking/financial services, TMT, and manufacturing. My lifelong passion for building inclusive working teams continued in my role at Colliers, where I served as the architect of the Colliers IDEA Program. The IDEA Program was developed to address the whole person and the whole team in our approach to account diversity. As a holistic program, we brought diversity to our account team structure, conducted global training and mentorship, and jointly developed contract-level commitments to Diverse Supplier spend. As one of the founding members and Executive Champions of what began as the Colliers Women's Networking Program in 2015, the Colliers DEI commitment matured to include 8 active Employee Resource Groups within our North American business. I served as a member of the Diverse Supplier Council, working with our North American business leaders to advance our strategy of onboarding Diverse Suppliers to Colliers, thereby bringing opportunities for generational wealth into historically marginalized communities.
