In the simplest terms, my passion is for people - connecting with them, helping them, identifying a need and fulfilling it. Throughout my 15 year career in account management, sales and marketing, I have had the pleasure of experiencing four completely unique industries - construction, IT, oil and gas, and now furniture - but the few constants have been my ability to quickly and aptly understand the market, engage with internal and external customers, and make things happen.I have found my niche in small companies as I want to see the impact of my work, and I want my customers, my co-workers, my executives to feel I am working hard for them by always pushing myself. I love knowing that if I see a gap or opportunity for a new project or an improvement, that I can take it on without question of my position or my assigned role.In July 2015 I began my career as an independent furniture manufacturer's rep for the Tennessee and Kentucky territory, and can say after 8 years I have found a passion that I believe will continue for years to come.
