1. Assist HSE communication with Subcontractors and Workers. 2. Assist and supporting HSE Executive in various tasks. 3. Involved in numerous HSE activities e.g. HSE Audit, PTW, HSE Safety Briefing/ HSE Toolbox talks and workplace inspection. 4. Conduct safety observations and participate on safety workplace audits.5. Involve in administrative duties including SOP's and tracking all employees training requirements. 6. Ensure the completeness and maintenance of all records, documents or safety reports relating to assigned safety and health programs. workplace audit, inventory of signages.

1. Applying, renew and filling all the workers training validity such as NIOSH, CIDB, Confined Space card and MLNG in house training such as safety briefing, fire watcher course, work leader course, Permit to Work course and working at height course2. Applying, renew and record all the company vehicles registered under ongoing project 3. Applying, renew and activate body pass for new and old workers and work permit for foreigner workers4. Dealing with Safety Officer from any main contractor regarding new application for body pass updates and any information regarding safety compliances in client work area 5. Attend a meeting for on going and upcoming project with main contractor or client regarding manpower supply

1. Conduct Toolbox talk daily before start working with all workers 2. To ensure and apply Permit to Work (PTW) on time for any activity before start working 3. Review Permit and JHA before start working and sign the permit 4. Record all Unsafe act and Unsafe condition at work area 5. Involve in clerical office administration, meetings, site visits, worker daily time sheet and attendance records6. Communicate with Main Contractors regarding manpower progress and work progress

Receiving and returning stock every week 4. Change price tag for special offers, change the products arrangement in stacks and update stocks levels in system
