To triage each claim that fell within my area, view photos, and ask the relevant questions to see if the damage sustained to the vehicle is suitable for a minor mobile repair and if so, schedule mobile technicians to the customers location of choice for further inspection or a view to repair the vehicle. I also dealt with the team’s complaints, these could vary from the customer not being happy with the service they have been provided with or unsatisfactory repair work.
