Supporting CIPD Learning with consultancy, content creation and learning delivery for CIPD clients and members. Regularly teach CIPD's Organisation Design virtual classroom development programme.

I lead the Commercial Learning Content Team to work alongside the Employer Solutions team to develop, design and deliver the best people profession learning offer to CIPD's corporate and public sector clients. From joining initial sales calls about business issues then crafting suitable Learning Solutions, through to project managing subject matter experts to create learning content. This fast-paced role sits within the wider CIPD Learning team, responding swiftly with excellence to the learning requirements of CIPD corporate clients. We create bespoke learning solutions for all people profession topics (talent, resourcing, L&D, OD, HR, etc) based on the CIPD Profession Map, using the widest range of learning types including working on culture shift, systemic change and development, via effective virtual live classes, digital learning and social learning such as communities of practice.

A Consultant and Associate for CIPD, I was part of the core team involved in writing and delivering the Award Winning digital L&D qualifications and content. The Level 5 L&D Qualification programme has exceeded all expectations and scooped a Learning Technologies Silver Award and a Gold TJ Award. My work included writing the assets, collaboration of the design, planning the over structure, reviewing the academic texts, revising assessments, plus I also deliver live online classes for modules in the programme. I work on projects with the L&D Content Team for CIPD clients, writing new course materials such as Leadership Programmes, Successful Webinar mastery, and other consultancy.With a more strategic hat, I support the CIPD in shaking up the L&D industry in the Learning Advisory Group. We meet bi-annually and offer direction and insight to the CIPD.

Churchwarden for St Mary's Church, Chair of the PCC and elected member of the Deanery Synod, I am responsible alongside my fellow PCC members for governance of our Church within Church of England guidelines for PCC membership. Together we are responsible for developing, promoting and executing the Mission Action Plan, our strategic plan which brings our fellowship to our whole community.

Supporting the implementation of Girlguiding's first learning platform for volunteers for full digital learning offer in line with the organisation's 2020+ Vision to transform Girlguiding learning from only face to face via 600+ volunteer trainers to embrace the addition of the best of digital and social learning to enable growth and retention of volunteers.I also run the local Guide unit of 24 girls of 10-14 years old, empowering them to be the best people they can be.

Working with my team, I am the volunteer responsible for Volunteer Learning & Development in Girlguiding. Our strategic plan was digital learning transformation, adding to the face to face provision we already had, plus webinar training we added in 2018, all to ensure every single adult volunteer has all the learning opportunities they need to ensure the Girlguiding movement continues to grow, and to offer opportunities and empowerment to girls and young women. Current projects are focused on designing and developing a multi-strand learning offer launched to 100,000+ volunteers early 2022, to be delivered with the procurement and implementation of the Movement's first digital learning platform, which will enable all adult volunteers to have access to all the effective and engaging learning they need within the wider organisational design #ForTheGirl #GuidingTrainers
