•As Coordinator for the NIOSH Total Worker Health Webinar Series, led planning, promotion, and execution of a training-based webinar series uniting the latest in research and practice as related to the protecting and promoting the health of workers. The Series has since attracted 3600 live-attendee registrations and awarded over 700 certificates of continuing education across 6 webinars.•Led development of a Total Worker Health- themed program planning guide (Fundamentals of Total Worker Health) geared towards stakeholders in occupational safety and health, industry, workplace well-being. Responsibilities included synthesizing recent scientific literature, coordinating internal workgroup, and organizing peer and stakeholder review.•Assisted with writing, editing, and coordinating content for quarterly e-Newsletter, producing 11 issues in 3 years, and reaching a subscribership of 63,000 external stakeholders at last count.•Collaborated with subject matter experts and visual information specialists to create and update digital content tailored to needs of key external stakeholders. Products included: web pages, brochure, infographic•Planned three intramural research training seminars that included both didactic and in-person networking opportunities for attendees to enhance workforce development for the Institute. Liased with external speakers and coordinated program funding and logistics.
