Business Development Duties:• Hired by the President of PeopleSourcer to create a sales and recruiting staff augmentation branch to support new and existing accounts. • Responsible for hiring staff to include: recruiters, account managers and business development managers, as well as facilitate the training development of the new staff. • Manage the BDM's, AE's, and Recruiters • Successful placements range in scope from Executive level staffing services, Technology staffing, and financial staffing solutions.• Tasked with executing an integrated Marketing, Business Development and Capture strategy Focusing on Mid size Business to fortune 500 opportunities that align with the company’s core business.• Meet with organizations across the Southeast to present our capabilities and past performance focused on providing solutions to the contracting and permanent staffing needs.• Identify and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFP), (Request for Information (RFI).Talent Acquisition Duties:• Train new recruiters in various recruiting methods and processes. • Established Recruiting programs and policies which significantly reduced vacancies and time to hire within all accounts thus increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.• Key member on the proposal team tasked with conducting needs assessments, implementing strategic hiring plans, managing, coordinating and staffing “Key Personnel” for RFP’s and new business objectives. • Built and managed a strong referral network of IT professionals for our National Accounts.• Quickly evaluated and negotiated a series of recruitment tools from (Personal Network, Linked-In, JobServe, Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder, Maxhire, Job Diva, eRecruit etc.).• Managed the Implementation and training of a new candidate tracking system (from ACT to MaxHire).
