• Business Development Duties:
• Hired by the President of PeopleSourcer to create a sales and recruiting staff augmentation branch to support new and existing accounts.

• Tasked with executing an integrated Marketing, Business Development and Capture strategy Focusing on Mid size Business to fortune 500 opportunities that align with the company’s core business.

• Responsible for providing exceptional customer care to clients, new business development, preparing and delivering company overview presentations to large and small audiences, qualifying and securing new accounts for.
• Responsible for gaining preferred vendor status with many fortune 500 corporations across the Southeast.
• Responsible for hiring new recruiters, account managers and business development managers, as well as facilitated the training development of the new staff.
• Managed the BDM's, AE's, and Recruiters
• Acted in an integral role to achieve a 100% increase in new hires through solid management practices and personal recruiting production.
• Managed the growth and instill a proactive recruiting and account management process for the Southeast.
