 Identify areas of risk and create and implement process improvements in claims to reduce errors with internal reporting and processing. Lead on special projects i.e., reinsurance system migration, claims process training, internal website development, ad hoc audits, simplified underwriting. Audit applications/claims and develop approach documents for underwriting and claims departments. Improved response time from 30 days to 4 days for recovered claims from reinsurers through metrics and process improvement.

 Worked with international, multi-divisional Tier Two automotive manufacturer to reduce telecommunications expenses through network optimization and consolidation with savings of over $250,000 annually.

 Successfully increased productivity through process improvement from forecasting to implementation by the installation of routing technology software which achieved annual operating plan savings of $22 M. Build and implement forecast and budget for cost of access reduction team and complete monthly variance analysis and financial statement preparation. Plan, forecast and implement special projects with a team of analysts to reduce access costs by $30 M for 2001 fiscal year including negotiation of contracts with alternative providers. Develop process improvement strategies to improve implementation of optimization projects across inter-departmental teams including Accounting, Regulatory, Operations, Sales and Cost of Access. Through thorough internal audit of pricing and contract procedures, created an expansion of model for cost for pricing working closely with Carrier Marketing and Cost of Access to ensure accurate costs represented for price development ensuring positive margin. Effectively managed, motivated and trained team of five supporting analysts to successfully implement budgeted initiatives as well as special projects.
