Provide staffing and workforce solutions to Start up, Mid size, and Global Fortune 500 companies such as Zodiac Aerospace, General Atomics, Thermo Fisher, Abbott, 3M, Thales, Apple, etc.First level facilitator to the recruiters through providing a continuous flow of qualified candidates from various recruiting sources. Work directly with the candidates to determine availability, technical aptitude, personality fit, skill assessment, and desired pay scale. Uncover active candidates through existing and new sources - including job fairs, online job boards, partnering with local businesses, seasonal/job-related events/conventions and more.Partner with the delivery team (managers, business development managers and recruiters) to determine which requisitions need the most assistance and create a sourcing priority based on those results. Ensure that all candidate and employee related data is entered into Volt's computer system (VoltTrack).
