I am an expert in helping companies, including distressed companies, design and implement bespoke solutions to facilitate and support operational transformation or overcome complex business issues. My experience spans both large and small companies across a variety of industries and includes project planning, cross-functional project management and utilizing data analytics to gain insights and drive strategic decision making. I partner with executives and management teams to implement process improvement initiatives, tackle high stakes problems, build consensus, manage key stakeholders and support execution on mission critical efforts.
