As a creative leader, I discover clients’ implicit design needs and provide targeted solutions. Through strategy, human behavior, and brand architecture, I create customer connections. Passionately build curated, intuitive journeys and sensory touchpoints that elevate everyday brand experiences. I’ve worked with brands such as American Express Airport Lounges, Ben & Jerry’s, Champion, Signet Jewelers, L.L. Bean, YUM Brands, AeroSport (Russia), Aramark, Value City Furniture, Hush Puppies, Dick’s Sporting Goods. As a designer, it’s my job to surprise and delight clients, and I mentor teams on how to do that daily, touching many lives through social engagement and environmental sustainability through true human connection that impacts the bottom line.
