Hiring at scale: approximately 800 employees at time of hire and helped operationalize and scale hiring to 1,600 employees.M&A: Led compensation and leveling work stream on two highly confidential M&A projects which included identifying key talent, mapping them to our current org structure, and ensuring a successful transition.Accomplishments:Hiring: led my team in hiring over 500 candidates with a 91% close rate and less than 10% attrition.
