As one of four nation-based Producers on the new Immersive Arts programme., I’m working to support artists who are experimenting with new technologies – paying attention to regional context while combining forces to offer a coherent range of opportunity across many geographies, artforms, ideas and career stages. As an artist and producer working across disciplines, departments, boundaries, and cultures, I engage people with the arts, even and especially people who don't necessarily think it's for them. I’ve produced large-scale on-site installations, exhibitions, and events, involving hundreds of participants and collaborators. Projects include the UK-wide StoryTrails Festival, the annual Lent Art Installation at Southwark Cathedral, and the St Thomas Way medieval heritage trail across South Wales. I am passionate about our arts and cultural landscape - and in my own realm about mapping, pathways, threads, connections, making journeys, both real and virtual, and exploring new natural histories and landscapes.
