- Interface between STB branches in Brazil and international partners (over 100 partners worldwide, including language schools, institutes, colleges, and universities):• Support to the branches (more than 70 throughout Brazil), answering enquiries, giving advices on all partners centers, since the moment the student enrolled with the company until the moment they have returned home;• Handling students enrollments for language schools, colleges, and international universities;• Checking student´s documentation (course confirmation, accommodation details, transfer and visa application);• Weekly control of students departures;• Invoice verification, payment scheduling, ensuring compliance with partner agreements;• Marketing materials update into the company system, as well registration ofpromotional and regular prices into the system;• Creation of internal manuals for sales consultants, as well operational manuals for the internal team;• Emergency duty (weekends);• Travel document's conference and support at the airport for groups boarding on high season;• Participation in STB events and workshops.- Achievements:• Group Leader - Los Angeles (UCLA – University of California): responsible for accompanying 32 teenagers that attended the Young Learners programme at UCLA. As well, support at the airport, during the activities/trips in LA and emergency.
