As the CLS Tokyo office Project Manager, I applied practical and theoretical concepts, practices, and methodologies of the discovery process. I managed communication, instruction and quality control of highly confidential ESI for law firms and corporate legal departments. The Project Manager oversees the entire ESI process, from Forensic data collection to Production including project consulting, case database design, set up, tracking, client communication, quality control, and delivery of the finish products.

Formulated and applied project methodologies and communication between the production team and clients, meeting and managing client expectations.ESI Project Specialist – Researched created and implemented internal ESI processes and project specification forms meeting industry standards for metadata preservation, load file creation and data deliveries for load into review software such as Concordance, Summation and Relativity. Provided post scanning services and deliveries maintaining a high level of quality, consistency in rolling deliveries and meeting project deadlines.

Workflow Coordinator – Evaluated imaging project volumes and assigned work to team members to meet client deadlines. Formulated and applied imaging project methodologies according to client specificationsImaging Team Leader – Managed and coordinated teams of up to 25 per shift. Supervised document imaging cases ranging from hundreds to hundreds of thousand pages in London and International mobile offices including; London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Brussels, Paris, Heidelberg, Spain and Budapest.
