Sr. Digital Communications Strategist
Current• Employ deep email marketing and web expertise and provide direction to achieve continuous improvement and development in cross-channel communications and marketing. • Establish editorial calendars and messaging strategies while collaborating with content architects to ensure holistic view across all owned, earned and paid channels. • Build, QA and deploy email campaigns in our email platforms, Adobe Campaign Standard and ClickDimensions. • Work with creative team to create engaging experiences via email and online. • Architect and build automated customer journeys. • Ensure channel-specific compliance and accessibility. • Manage, monitor and adjust content proactively and in real-time based on A/B test results, learning, sentiment, changes in context and other factors. • Translate the SRP brand platform and overall customer and community segment strategies into strategic messages, engaging content and digital experiences that are relevant to the public, meet project objectives and help build the SRP brand. • Participate in larger cross-functional projects to further evolve our email and web technology. • Support the web team in web content updates as required
