I have been a Realtor since 2003 and assist buyers, sellers, investors, and sell HUD homes. I am an Army Veteran and served in the RIARNG 43d military Police Brigade. Before Real Estate I worked in a sales and marketing position for the sporting goods and hospitality industries. Knowledge is Power has been my motto way before the term became popular, as I enjoy gaining something new from each transaction and store it away in my vault for future use. The areas I work most frequently are North Orange County, bordering cities of L.A. (Whittier, Long Beach, Lakewood, Bellflower, Norwalk) and Corona, where my first office and investment properties are located. My priority when working with clients is to provide top level negotiation skills, and the knowledge they will need to make good purchasing/selling decisions.
