Managed employee benefits, services, compensation analytics, and employment discrepancies for over 800+ employees internationally. Built collaborative relationships with cross functional teams i.e., Finance and Legal to streamline procedures and processes including M&A transactions. Managed relationships and projects with key external partners, such as compensation consultants, benefits brokers, and third-party platforms (Workday, ADP Workforce Now). Partnered directly with senior management to provide guidance on company policies and procedures to harmonize responses to complainants and ensure appropriate investigation and resolution of grievances.

Developed a Leader Standard Work template for directors and managers, and trained them on how to use it as a communication tool with their employees. Designed the Senior Leadership presentation for New Facility Orientation to improve onboarding for Kaiser Permanente staff starting in a new office. Supported business operations for the Dublin project team by reviewing and finalizing compensation packages for all staff especially union workers.

Managed Open Enrollment, Wellness, Leave of Absences & Immigration. Administered and executed employee equity programs i.e., new hires, spot incentives, promotions and performances in partnership with Finance. Managed and completed LendUp’s first 401(k) audit for 2017 and partnered with the external broker (Sequoia) to negotiate a 4% renewal rate for 2019. Worked with C-Level suite to target talent with base salaries and increases to build competitive and equitable compensation offers. Managed the onboarding and offboarding procedures for benefits and payroll related tasks in partnership with key members of the People team.

Assisted employees in all offices in San Francisco, New York, and Chicago with policies, procedures, and benefit-related questions (FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPPA, ADA, EEO/AA). Acted as the liaison between representatives from Paylocity (payroll), ProInsurance (insurance provider), Verisight (401k), and Twelvefold’s employees. Served as point of contact for employee’s first day to sign up for payroll and benefits (health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k/Roth 401k, stock options, PTO and other time off benefits) during the onboarding call.

Managed the onboarding checklist for new internal hires prior to their first day. Assisted in filling out their onboarding paperwork including healthcare benefits and payroll in Intuit. Designed document control systems using Dropbox and Google Drive. Updated non-disclosure agreements and confidential documents i.e., W-9, Workers Compensation, and on-boarding paperwork. Provided the CEO and COO feedback on various employee performance management topics i.e., employee retention, team building activities, and ad-hoc projects.
