Responsible for managing and growing the online DocuSign advocate community used to engage customers, encourage communication, and create a VIP experience. Created and published customer evidence, including customer interviews, case studies and testimonial videos. Managed the migration of the Customer Evidence Library from SalesForce™ to SalesHood™, including case studies, customer testimonials, and press releases.

Responsible for building and managing an online community for advocates of DocuSign where they receive previews of upcoming product releases, earn points to receive prizes, and interact with other customers to share best practices and tips. Assisted with social media content development and publishing. Worked closely with Salesforce developer to build a Global Customer Evidence Library leveraging the Salesforce platform.

Created and distributed digital content to promote the Busch School of Business through various channels (press releases, social media posts, videos, posters, flyers, emails, and event apps). Supervised digital content planning, posting and monitoring of social media. Assist in the organizing, planning, promoting, and hosting of School of Business events for alumni, press, donors, students, and staff. Initiated and maintained communication with outside vendors for event specifications.
