My dream has always been to go into education. I followed that dream and graduated with a degree in elementary education from Florida Gulf Coast University and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from the American College of Education. I am certified to teach grades K-6 and special education grades K-12, with English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Reading endorsements. I also dreamed of living in Italy, so in 2019 I moved to Italy by myself and studied Italian, completed my master's degree, obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate of excellence, and worked for several multicultural schools and companies. This experience grew my passion for learning through travel. Therefore, during the pandemic, I created and started teaching online classes about different countries to children worldwide. My overall experiences have led to a diverse background in education, advocacy, customer service, and travel. I'm comfortable working and communicating with culturally diverse groups and enthusiastic and motivated to use my knowledge, skills, and empathy in international education.
