GCATD is a nonprofit organization serving the Talent Development, Organizational Development and Learning professionals in the Cincinnati area. As the leader of this chapter, I am responsible for the P/L, growing and maintaining member relationships, identifying and bringing innovative topics and ideas to membership, coordinating and executing the annual conference as well as recruiting board members and chapter members.
