I had responsibility for strategic planning, business development and marketing initiatives for all three divisions of the firm, Bankruptcy, Industrial, and Commercial. Successfully coordinated the launch of a $25k local advertising campaign, from concept to press. A track record of sales exceeding production of new business for the preceding years by as much as 130%, with continued growth of 23%, and maintaining that level of growth. I coordinated a monthly e-newsletter. I launched a new department for Client Services to better serve our Client needs and better enable our Business Development Consultants and Property Tax Consultants to leverage their time and expertise for the organization.Business Development Consultant Oct 2001 - Oct 2006I was responsible for achieving sales goals for the San Antonio office. In the first two years I was successful in increasing revenue from new sales on average by fifty (50%), with an average close ratio of seventeen (17%) percent. I quickly demonstrated the ability to successfully communicate and negotiate high-level prospects both in company stature as well as the individual personnel, by closing prospects such as, Darden Restaurants, American Retirement Corporation (ARC), and Corporate Office Property Trust (COPT).Account Manager Jan 1997 - Oct 2001I was responsible for the day-to-day management of existing clients. Clients consisted of both national and local real estate owners, such as Toys ‘R Us, Pepsi, and Trammell Crow Company. As one of the original Account Managers I played an active role in the development and evolution of this important position, and continued to train and advise throughout my career with Assessment Technologies, Ltd. During my last year as an Account Manager I demonstrated the ability to prepare property analysis, and present those analysis at hearings. Through this I further developed my ability to communicate with high-level clientele and prospects.
