Human Resources Director
Current- Design and implement a variety of human resource plans, programs, and processes to meet the organizational strategic objectives and performance needs.
- Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: building a high-performance organization, building organization capabilities, talent acquisition and retention processes, compensation and benefit.
- Play a key indirect leadership role influencing managers, employees and business success.
- Design and facilitate various initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda.
- Serve as a consultant for leaders on performance & development practices, and overall organizational analysis.
- Ensure the company's compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing the company's exposure to adverse outcomes of complaints, litigation, audits and inspections.
