- Managed a fully remote cross-disciplinary team of hardware and software engineers with an Industrial Designer across multiple time zones to successfully create a smart assistant device.- Analyzed and documented the project’s Earned Value based on the amount of work done on different workstreams during the project phase, the amount of budget spend during that phase, and resource allocation.- Led weekly client facing meetings to align on project goals and expectations and negotiate possible changes in scope, daily internal meetings to ensure the team’s progress aligns with the timeline, and participated in company-wide weekly stand-ups to present the team’s work and the project’s Earned Value.- Coordinated with external vendors to ensure parts were constructed, received, and processed in order to maintain the project schedule. - Developed and independently initiated a new order tracking program to ensure parts were ordered and received on time, provide tracking information, and display how delays from orders affects the overall project timeline. - Assisted senior Project Managers with scoping new projects, creating client facing proposals, and independently set up new projects in Sharepoint with the necessary documentation.

- Created a power management system to optimize UAV battery performance - Developed and implemented a dynamic drone flight operations user interface - Provisioned, tested, and assembled functional drones and camera payloads

- Used Python and Linux to execute and automate manual regressions on the user interface to minimize labor cost and cycle time- Executed system troubleshooting and physical testing on multiple hardware platforms utilizing Linux
