Responsible for the benefits administration for over 400k employees, including TPA vendor management, Workday data integrations and incentive programs. Manage large-scale projects including vendor implementation, annual enrollment and overall strategy regarding the team member portal experience.

Responsible for domestic and international healthcare strategies and plans, virtual healthcare strategies, international assignee healthcare benefits and executive wellness offerings

Provide Compensation and Benefits guidance to HQ and international HR for Target's global sourcing offices throughout Asia and South America as well as Compensation support for the domestic sourcing function at US headquarters.- Compensation programs and policies including annual merit, market review, career path development, job grading and promotion consultation- Management and strategy of global office statutory and supplementary benefit programs, budget, contracts and market review/benchmarking

Provide consultation to HR Business Partners regarding market trends and application of compensation programs, policies and guidelines.

- Health plan strategy, design and management- Responsible for education surrounding consumer driven health plans, healthcare transparency, etc.- Pharmacy plan strategy, design and management- Health Care Reform- Strategy, design and implementation of health plan interventions targeting preventive care utilization & chronic condition management

- COBRA , Early Retiree & FSA plan management- Benefit plan management for Target Clinic team members including medical, dental, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, spending accounts and leave of absence management. - Implemented a Vendor Management program to assist Pay and Benefits in the management of 100+ vendors and their contracts. Included the development of training courses aimed at improving skills in managing vendor relationships and performance.- Management of Perks & Discount programs, including commuter benefits, adoption reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, discount portal and team member discount.
