• Managed a Harvard College undergraduate 501(c)(3) consulting organization with an annual operating budget of over $1.4 million and led a membership structure of 150 students, including an Executive Board of 15 and 18 case teams. • Directed sourcing efforts that yielded over $730,000 in revenue for the Fall 2023 and in preparation for Spring 2024 semesters (doubling semester revenue compared to previous semesters), steering case portfolio diversification to include more pro-bono and high-impact casework and expanding international travel opportunities for casework abroad. • Directed the development of CBE's first $250,000 wealth management fund in partnership with Merrill Lynch, launched the largest sustainable active investment fund on campus, and established the first formal professional development program for CBE members.
